The Ghost Meter

Hi! I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now the proud owner of an EMF detector. The thing came in the mail yesterday. Of course as soon as I got it home I ripped that sucker open, slapped in the battery and went around checking the electro-magnetic field here in the house.
At first I thought it wasn't working because it was staying on zero. THEN I put it about a foot in front of the microwave and it went nuts! I guess that's why Mom always shooed me away from that thing when I was a kid. Haha little did she know!
My house may be clean, but Mom's place is so hot with EMF energy that the detector would be useless there as far as ghost hunting goes. It freaks out beeping the minute you pull into her driveway due to the power lines, and stays on at least 2 or 3 MilliGaus all over the house. The wiring there is particularly "leaky".
Maybe this high magnetic field where I grew up explains why we always saw things there. Maybe the high energy level there just draws them. Who knows?
It also beeps like crazy if I leave it on in the car every time I drive under one of those light signals with the camera on the top. Do you think I'm playing with this thing a little too much? haha.

Welcome!

To qoute our profile bio:

We are an all-girl ghost hunting/urban and rural exploration and investigation team, hoping to become a group with more like-minded members. We sometimes take our fellas with us as honorary Geeks but strong, loving, unafraid, female energy just cant be beat for attracting spirits.

The Ghost Geeks so far consist of Danielle: mother, wife, spirit sensitive and photographer, and Elissa: amature photog, gatherer of EVP, developing psychic.

They've known each other for several years but only recently started officialy going out on explorations and hunts as a team. So far the results of their evidence gathering has been impressive and truely exceeds that of many larger and more experienced teams in the field of paranormal investigation.

The ladies are starting to build a massive web base for their photos, recordings and written reports on their own paranormal experiences. Please be patient as they develope this site and prepare it to be launched sometime in the next few months.

Feel free to comment, or e-mail us with anything of a paranomal vibe and we'll get back to you a.s.a.p.

Elissa & Danielle - Ghost Geeks
